FAQ
What is The Outlaw Oracle?
The Outlaw Oracle is a shared language that started with a 44-card oracle deck inspired by outlaw country music. Think straight-talking guidance for your gut. Created by Hillary Banks Self for rebels, outsiders, and anyone who finds traditional tarot too fussy.
Where can I buy The Outlaw Oracle deck?
Right here at theoutlaworacle.com, the official home of the deck. US shipping is free on orders over $100. Shops that want to stock it can order wholesale through our Faire page.
Do I need to know tarot to use it?
Nope. The interpretations are clear and straightforward, with no special powers or mystical degree required. Pull a card and trust your gut.
What’s included with The Outlaw Oracle deck?
The Outlaw Oracle includes 44 cards in standard tarot size, printed on 350 GSM matte cardstock, plus a 142-page guidebook. Every card has upright and reversed meanings and a recommended outlaw country song to play while you read.
What’s the difference between an oracle deck and a tarot deck?
Tarot follows a set structure, usually 78 cards. An oracle deck is free-form, so the creator picks the cards and themes. Each of the 44 Outlaw Oracle cards channels the raw truth of outlaw country legends and the songs they sing.
What is the Honky Tonk Tarot Colorin’ Book?
An adult coloring book, that just so happens to teach you the complex language of Tarot in simple Honky Tonk terms. Complete with recommended songs so you can color while you listen to the music and read the card meanings - which makes it all really stick.
What is WHOA: Puttin’ the Brakes on a Wild Ride?

Sign up - get 1 email a day for 28 days, to help you pull over, look under the hood, and find your center before resuming your ride. No videos to watch. No other platforms to log into. Just one email a day to your inbox - and you take it from there.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not anymore. But, some of our wholesalers do! Like Artisan Tarot and Tarot Stack.
