Refund policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in full, in the original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use or any missing cards/pieces.
- If an item is damaged in shipping, the issue must be reported to The Outlaw Oracle™ within 7 days with a detailed description + photo. Once the return is approved, the product must be returned in the condition it was received.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the pre-paid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all applicable items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Returns, refunds, and replacements can take 8-12 weeks to process fully. This accounts for return shipping time, inspection, and claim processing.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but before it arrives to you, please note you will incur original shipping and handling costs.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY PERCEIVED ABUSE OF THE OUTLAW ORACLE™ SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, TO BE DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE OUTLAW ORACLE™ LLC, A RETURN OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE HONORED.
